Is there a way to whitelist incoming servicedesk emails having blocking email headers?

HI, We are using ‘Free tier’ Gitlab servicedesk which blocks all incoming emails sent by our customer’s help desk system. Likely emails are ignored as ‘Autosubmitted / Auto generated’ flag is ‘ON’ in incoming email headers. Is there a solutions available to ‘whitelist’ emails of a specific sender even they are using those headers, in a scope of GitLab ‘Free tier’ or some another subscription type ?
