Hi all
I try to create issues by mail, and to tag them automatically, by including the “Quick Actions” command in the content of the incoming emails.
Thus, when the email is arrived, the issue is created by ServiceDesk, but the command (/labels ~xxx) is considered as a string automatically embedded between quotes.
Would you know to make it work, if faisible ?
