It seems the gitlab display incorrectly after installation

After my installation of gitlab on Ubuntu 18.04, it shows the HTML page of gitlab displays incorrectly.

The version of Gitlab is Gitlab-ce-11.10.4

It seems OK? (I think gitlab shell has no influence on the display of webpage.)

It looks like permission denied issue when nginx user was trying to open assets (images, CSS files). Could you check this FAQ and ensure Nginx is configured properly?
