Labels have disappeared from projects with Compliance Framework - after upgrade to 17.2

Problem to solve

After upgrading GitLab Enterprise Edition from 17.1.2 to 17.2.0 (Ultimate), labels have disappeared from projects with Compliance Framework. Either from the page that lists all groups/projects or the main page of project. Has this functionality been removed?
