Hi, if you have the Premium/Ultimate versions, then you should probably contact support @ gitlab.com directly. The forum is mostly for people who don’t have paid subscriptions. You would get a quicker response direct using your support options available with your paid subscription.

No I don’t because I don’t have premium/ultimate, I suggested you contact the gitlab support team on the email address that I gave. When you have a premium account, you have the premium support as well. I suggest that you contact them to get a faster response than via the forum.
