Need to reset 2fa on my account

Hi,
I had migrated my github to gitlab. I am still using the github to sign in to gitlab, but after my phone reset I have lost the google authenticator and the keys. Can somenoe please tell me how to contact a gitlab global admin so that I can reset my account.
