I forgot my password. So I clicked on ‘forgot password’, entered my other mail address GruberChristian@web.de (which is associated with my account on Gitlab), but got no mail. I also looked into my spam folder. How can I activate my account and access my projects?

We are just community members, so we cannot help with account recovery or anything like that. There are already a lot of posts on this forum which have a similar reply to mine.
