Only one group can create project access tokens

I have two top level groups. Both are private. I would like to create project access tokens for some of the projects in each group.

However, under [Group → Settings → General → Permissions, LFS, 2FA] only one of the two groups shows the option “Allow project access token creation”. The other group does not have this option. As a result, I can only see the project access token creation feature for the project that belong to one group, but not the other.

This is a Premium level account.

Is there some workaround?

TBH @MarcelInTO I think maybe you need to raise a support ticket – since you have a premium accounts that should be possible for you.
