I upgraded to 8.15.1 yesterday and new projects do not show in the Your Projects list.

New project does not show in “Projects -> Your Projects”
New project does not show “Activity -> Your Projects -> All”
New project in listed in “Projects -> Explore projects -> All”
When I navigate to the project it shows activity
On my profile page the project is listed under Personal Projects and I see the activity.
Do I have something misconfigured? Using CE manual install on Gentoo.
