I wanted to move my project from Github to Gitlab.
It is an indie video game and it needs an LFS storage for graphical assets.
I tried two things :

Use the import function Github to Gitlab, it seems to works at glance but then I just can’t pull my LFS assets … I have an error message that tells me about “smudge filter lfs failed”

Then I tried to create an empty repo on Gitlab, then push to my new origin … The upload stops at 60 percent, I mean nothing happens, I had to quit the process in my terminal after hours waiting for another percent …
LFS is crucial for video game developers and without having it stable we just can’t work.
