I would like to secure a username that is taken on GitLab.com. The support ticket was closed as I am not a paid member. The sales email has been taken down. Whose DM’s do I need to get into (and where can I do that) to contact someone about releasing a taken username? Thanks!

For assistance with this, please submit a Support ticket using this form and select “Namesquatting Requests” as the Problem type.

I was close to that my first time haha, just didn’t go through all the different drop-down options.
The solution provided does not work.
Filling out the ticket just results in a auto response that Gitlab is no longer processing name squatting requests.
