Report artifacts generated by CI/CD, such as generated by SAST, are missing some intuitive download buttons.
The download button is provided on the main Pipelines list page. But if you navigate into the page for a specific Pipeline run, then no download button displays.
Likewise, navigating deeper within a pipeline into its jobs, does not present a artifact download button.
This impacts UX, making it harder to use GitLab.
I would like to see the artifacts button introduced on the individual pipeline run page, near the Delete pipeline instance button at the top right, where users would naturally look for this functionality.
