Restructure GitLab with Namespaces, Work Items etc

Hi,

Following GitLab issue tracker I see that there are some major changes coming up with regards to restructuring GitLab with Namespaces, Work Items etc.

However, I haven’t been able to find a roadmap. When can we expect the full “restructuring” to be completed? Is there an main epic that I have missed?
