For an on premise version of gitlab, we have configured 2 shared runners.
I have cloned the simple html Pages template to start our first Pages effort to build out project documentation.
I have edited a page and see the Pipeline has kicked off a runner but it is stuck in Pending.
The error says “This job is stuck, because you don’t have any active runners that can run this job.”
As i said, we have 2 shared runners. Do I need to create a project-specific runner? The Pages introductory documentation doesn’t suggest this.
Where to debug this?
