Running GitLab Using Docker Takes much Time

Hello every one,
I’m trying to run Gitlab using Docker

docker run -d --hostname gitlab.example.com -p 443:443 -p 30080:80 -p 30022:22 --name gitlab -v /srv/docker/gitlab/config:/etc/gitlab -v /srv/docker/gitlab/logs:/var/log/gitlab -v /srv/docker/gitlab/data:/var/opt/gitlab gitlab/gitlab-ee:latest

The container is starting but when i execute docker logs -f gitlab-container

This what i have as log and it’s repeated
