I’m running a small startup and am extensively using Gitlab tickets. From [this official documentation]( Labels | GitLab, I do understand that Gitlab’s Scooped Lables are only for premium users, but am still unable to understand why? What makes that special to be only available for the paid uses?
While I certainly agree major featuers like having own sender email id for Service Desk, multiple boards for a group are good catches that would prompt users to force them to go for paid version. I’m still unable to figure out what makes Gitlab Scooped Lables to be available for paid only.
Note: I opened this up just to understand as I was bit curious.
