Service Desk Activation in Gitlab EE Trial


I am trying to configure the Service Desk option on a trial license of Gitlab EE. From my understanding, once an incoming email is set up, the Service Desk option should just appear. However, it does not appear for me. I have tested reply by email and it works perfectly, so I’m not sure why the Service Desk doesn’t show up. Actually, a few days ago it showed up, but my incoming email was not configured properly (my mail server did not support sub-addressing at the time). Once that was turned on, it seemed that the Service Desk option went away. Thanks!
