I’ve been trying to launch the Service Desk to a project, that I’ve already created and administrated by myself. I activated the Service Desk and even tried to add templates, custom emails, and suffixes. The problem is that none of my sent emails are converted to issues or unseen on my projects dashboard.
Not so far ago I read in one Forum that the Service Desk is available only in the Premium version. But I haven’t seen anything related or saying that Service Desk is a paid feature on the official website.
