We’re attempting a Gitlab migration from Omnibus-GitLab package based installation to a a Helm charts based deployment. After completing the restore steps described in the documentation (https://docs.gitlab.com/charts/backup-restore/restore.html) we’re running in to an issue that appears to be related to migrated accounts. Any ideas as to what might be causing this disconnect? We’re able to log in as root and see the successfully migrated data, however, we receive this error when logging in under our own accounts. Any assistance is much appreciated!
