Strange users

Tryinbg to invite members ( users ) to my group.

Group > Members > Invite members and inside Gitlab member or Email address I ( = me ) see some strange tims like

What/Who are these? Why there are no real users of my org, but instead some weird ones (namely bots )?

That is normal to see as you can invite anyone who has a gitlab account (Which is why you’re seeing that). Just start typing the name of you user and that will clear out and actually show the user you want to invite (if you typed correctly).
