Timeout with user sign_in

Аfter installing gitlab on my server, which is gitlab 13.9.5 CE, everything is good, but when I runned GPT(Gitlab Performance Tool),used 500rps,there was a problem, I can’t sign in,it returned 502(" taking too much time to respond"), and other functions are normal.

it’s my fault, pg is set read-only, so it failed.
