Hello, the FAQ’s reference:

We are investigating ways we can allow for manual submission of required license data without needing an active internet connection. When we have those plans we’ll update any affected customers.

As an affected customer - can you add information as to what will happen while you are looking in to the issue?

For instance, if I upgrade my offline installations today will they stop working?
