I’d like to upgrade my Gitlab CE instance (installed from source) from 11.8.3 to 11.9.6; however I don’t see a 11-8-to-11-9.md document in the doc/update directory. Are there any special steps required going from 11.8.x to 11.9.x, or can I use one of the other upgrade documents (e.g. 11-7-to-11-8.md (replacing the checked-out tags with the appropriate ones from 11.9.x, e.g. v11.9.6)?
