Earlier today, I created a GitLab account for our company, and one of our users cannot complete registration. It looks like they closed the email verification web page and are now stuck. The username/email address is “taken” according to git lab, and clicking “forgot password” is not helping either.
As we are just starting, we are on a trial version. Any potential solution from here?
We are just community members so have no way of helping with that, and like a lot of the posts where people already ask this question or similar, the only solution is to open a ticket: https://support.gitlab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000803379
Alternatively, wait until a Gitlab member of staff visits the forum that might be able to provide assistance. Quicker would be to open a ticket though. If a free user, you may have to wait a while though.
