Using WebAuthn without TOTP for MFA

It does not seem possible to set up WebAuthn without also having to enable TOTP as well as recovery codes. I would like to be able to secure my account with WebAuthn only. Is this on the roadmap?

Yes, it is currently enabled on Gitlab.com and available with a feature flag for self managed
