Validate account but credit card form not rendered and kept loading

Hi I am new to Gitlab. I just created a .gitlab-ci.yml file in my first project and wanted to validate my account with my credit card. However, the credit card form not rendered and kept loading as below. Does anyone has any idea what is the problem please?

I also the following error shown in the console log.

Tried in several browsers and computers and having the same problem!

The same problem with my account, cannot verify it. But before the loader goes to loading loop… First time when I click verify button, it does nothing on FE, but in console I have this error:

When I click button again, it goes in that endless loading state.
