Couldn’t find the answer on gitlab.
From 15.09 gitlab becomes paid if there are more than 5 users in the project.
Can you please tell me if this rule applies to private instances? Will I have to pay if I have a private instance?
No, it refers to gitlab.com. Private instances are still free at least all the features that do not require a subscription. And in free, there is no user limit for private instance.
