Where did the Issue Email go after the upgrade to 16?

Since the release of version 16 a feature that we used to communicate with users who didn’t directly email our service desk mailbox was to CC the Issue email directly to track conversation.

Since the release of version 16 the below gitlab development appears to have gone but I do not see ti in the list to be deprecated so has it been moved somewhere else?

When you open Issue and click on the “3 dots menu” next to the “Close Issue” button there is a “Copy issue email address”.
