Whoops, something went wrong on our end - when saving when making a change and save in Admin Area

Whoops, something went wrong on our end - when saving when making a change and save in Admin Area. Error 500.

We have installed a local gitlab area for testing, and all looks good, we can create projects and commit code etc, but every time you try and make a change to the global admin area we see the error as detailed above.

I have the same problem, when I enter the home of my project I can not do anything because I get an error 500
