Access to branch "verstka" and remover from access another bacnhes for one user

I have few branches in project: Screenshot by Lightshot

I have few users

for one user I want

  1. to give access only to branch “verstka” + remover access from another branches (like master and etc)
  2. and give acces to create own branch

how can I made this?
