Been trying to download and install gitlab-ce for a while now.
The sudo apt-get simply stalls at 0% [Working] and nothing happens.
I also tried the alternative: curl -LJO https://packages.gitlab.com/gitlab/gitlab-ce/packages/ubuntu/trusty/gitlab-ce-XXX.deb/download
And the download I got was a:
<h1>Internal Server Error</h1>
Is the community edition still active?
