Gitlab 15.8.0 uses a total of 41 users, is it possible to collect metrics such as how much development these users have done, how many issues they have solved, how many of them remain open, etc. ?
Assuming productivity analytics is what you are looking for, then it requires a Premium or Ultimate subscription: Productivity analytics | GitLab
None of the free analytics available will give you what you want.
