Can not access Images in GitLab Container Registry from Other Repository CI/CD Pipelines which are in different Sub Groups

Hello, I Can not access Images in GitLab Container Registry from Other Repository CI/CD Pipelines which are in different Sub Groups.

It gives me such error:

Runner is in the AWS EC2
