Cannot import GitLab project using GitLab Export

Problem to solve

I’m trying to move a GitLab group to a new account by exporting all projects from the old account and importing them in the new one. I successfully imported two projects, but now I get a " This site can’t be reached" error on the third import. Here is the error message:

The webpage at https://gitlab.com/import/gitlab_project might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Here is the error code:

ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ALERT

The zipped export file is about 85MB, which doesn’t seem that large. I have tried restarting my browser and computer, and this has not helped.
