Hi,
I have exactly same problem, trying to move gitlab to another instance.
Backup/restore of database, repositories is successful, not of the registry.
On the new instance I have repositories and everything related except registries, and I can’t figure out how to restore them.
I’ve tried to sync registry only, but apparently, not enough for some reason.
