I’m trying to login in gitlab.company.net to join a company group, but always receive “Invalid login or password” error. Double checked the email and password, both are 100% correct. Tried with different GitLab accounts. Also tried to reset password via “Forgot password”, but don’t receive any letter to my email.

I believe it would be the best to contact your company’s GitLab administrators and check the status of your account - perhaps your account is banned or blocked, or never even created. There is nothing really that GitLab Community can here do for you, unless your issue is with gitlab.com → in that case for user account issues you would need to contact GitLab’s Support directly.
