Can't login to Gitlab.com, the email with the code never arrives

As the title says – when I enter my credentials I get the form to enter the verification code from the email. But the email never arrives, even with repeatedly requesting the email to be resent. And yes, the email did not end up in the spam folder, I checked.

Any ideas how to solve that?

You have to contact to support or try to make a new account with new email address.
