Ci quota minutes has not been renewed on September

Our quota minutes has not been renewed on September. Gitlab forced me to buy additional ci minutes.
How can I get GitLab to refreash quotas?

I think you need to raise a support ticket at the support hub.

It seems I was not the only one who experienced such issues.
