Comment of Issue is broken

Problem to solve

Unable to use comments on issue. It always shows “The discussion in this issue is locked. Only project members can comment.”

  1. Even though I’m the group owner, issue creator, I still can’t use the comment feature.
  2. The discussion is not locked.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new group, project
  2. Create a issue.
  3. Enter the issue.

Versions

  • Self-managed

  • GitLab v17.3.2-ee (Linux package)

Really don’t know the reason…need help…

  1. I can’t list discussion of issue by API. It responds “Issue not found”.
