Configured Jira integration instance defaults: cannot switch from custom to default in project

Hi,

whenever I try to switch from “Use custom settings” to “Use default settings” for projects which had Jira integration configured before I configured the Jira integration on instance level as default for all projects, I get this error: “Validations failed. Password can’t be blank”

• GitLab 13.3 “core”
• Jira integration configured on instance level
• Former unconfigured projects now have correctly linked ticket numbers and comments appear in the corresponding Jira tickets - it’s working flawlessly.
• Cannot switch from “Use custom settings” to “Use default settings” for projects which had Jira integration already configured beforehand: “Validations failed. Password can’t be blank”

Does anyone knows what I may be doing wrong? Or how I can fix this?
