Configuring GitLab to authenticate with SAML2 enterprise authentication

After configuring GitLab to authenticate with SAML2 enterprise authentication, could Git Clients (TortoiseGit, sourceTree…) works using the same authentification.

Is that possible ?
What configuration to setup ?
