Confusion over CodeQuality widget

I have a self-hosted instance of Gitlab-CE version 13.10.2, core. My pipeline for a project has the code-quality job configured and is uploading the appropriate json files. I have had multiple merge requests to the default branch so there should be a comparison yet no tab in the pipelines tab (see below picture):

Am I supposed to see a tab? I see it on gitlab.com for another project:

@raldridge11 - Thanks for the post and welcome to the forums!

The Code Quality Merge Request widget is available as part of the Core edition and the full report available in the EE edition starting at Premium. On GitLab.com public projects can make use of paid features like this.

You can see a full break down of features by tier for the testing group here: Features by Group | GitLab

I hope this helps!

Thanks, James! That clears things up. I’m a one person operation here, I can’t really justify getting the Premium tier :).

@raldridge11

Totally understand. The MR widget is available to you and you can export the CodeQuality report as HTML for easier viewing as well.

There are a host of other features available for the Core Tier from the Testing group I hope you find useful as well.

Good luck!
