Detected structural integrity problems after upgrading GitLab system

We did deploy the K8s version of GitLab and upgraded GitLab from 15.8.3 to 15.11.12, and then from 15.11.12 to 16.2.1. After the system was upgraded to 16.2.1, some jobs failed while launching jobs.
The error message is “There has been a structural integrity problem detected, please contact system administrator.”.
Any suggestions?

My situation is different. I also encountered this problem while running the CI pipeline. The job reported an error before it even started running, ‘There has been a structural integrity problem detected, please contact system administrator’. Who can solve it? We urgently need a solution.
