Download '.zip' file in which the filename does not contain a dash

Is it possible to let downloadable .zip files (i.e. releases) to have a filename without containing a dash?

For example, instead of

https://gitlab.com/NikosAlexandris/natcapes_qgis/-/archive/lightweight_tag/natcapes_qgis-lightweight_tag.zip

have rather

https://gitlab.com/NikosAlexandris/natcapes_qgis/-/archive/lightweight_tag/natcapes_qgis_lightweight_tag.zip

Note that the desired filename does not contain a dash.
