Email on push on all repositories user is part of

Hi guys,
I read that “Watch” settings for notifications, gives you a lot of notification for project flow but not for push on git repository, there is special service in gitlab for that called Email On Push. I would like to set by default for all user on repository to recieve email on push. I know that I can set it manually in UI, but we are talking over 100 repos in my company gitlab. So how do I do that? In case it is somewhere in web UI I could not find it. Is there a rake command for that? Is there a way how to do that?

No answer here, but was this ever resolved? I’m having the same issue and I’m surprised this isn’t more common.
