Error message when trying to push to repository

Getting this error message when team member is trying to push to gitlab cloud repository via source tree.

I have unprotected the project and made him maintainer but still gets this error.

I have a few repository’s but this one I’m trying to set it up to share work with him.

I have another large repo which is around 7 gb, is this maxing out my lfs 10 gig storage? Is the 10gb lfs storage shared over every repository or does each repository get 10gb lfs?

Is anybody else aware of this error we are getting?

The repo seems strange that I have setup as even though I have git lfs setup in it and git ignore, the repo on the cloud is bigger than on my local drive and I have tracked the files via git to make sure the lfs files are being tracked via lfs.
