Error on upgrade GitLab Omnibus from 15.4. to 15.5.1

Hi,
when we try to upgrade our GitLab version from 15.4 to 15.5.1 whe have this error:

 * ruby_block[check remote PG version] action nothing (skipped due to action :nothing)
  * rails_migration[gitlab-rails] action run
    * bash_hide_env[migrate gitlab-rails database] action run
      [execute] rake aborted!
                Bundler::GemRequireError: There was an error while trying to load the gem 'omniauth-twitter'.
                Gem Load Error is: The SSL CERT provided does not exist.
                Backtrace for gem load error is:

someone can help us? Is this error known?

I have the same issue but when trying to upgrade any version higher than 13.12.8

We fixed it when we placed certs all.pem in /etc/gitlab/trusted-certs/ folder
