I have have been facing this issue ( or ) warning, even though after updating the GitLab to latest vesion.

Do anybody know what exactly this issue is & how to fix.

Also, did you determine and follow the correct upgrade path based on the version you were on before the upgrade? See Upgrade plan and especially Upgrade paths for more on this.
This issue may also contain some helpful information.
If you haven’t already I suggest you search this forum for “background migration stuck” or similar as well.
