After upgrading to GitLab 17 I’m seeing this error on every repository in web view.

Only reference I was able to find to this was here Code coverage report for ee/app/assets/javascripts/subscriptions/new/store/actions.js

But as I’m not a developer myself and simply managing the GitLab instance updating then I’m not sure where else to go with this problem.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Can you please explain exactly where in the web interface this is happening? Best would be to explain what you have clicked after selecting a repository. I use latest Gitlab 17.3.x and I have no such problem when I click and open my repositories and so am unable to replicate your problem.

To specify, I am running 17.3.x as well
