IMHO the Richt Text Editor is really great and the Open Source community would benefit a lot from having the editor available as embeddable, open source component to make use of it in projects other then the GitLab codebase. Started a discussion in Please open source the new Rich Text Editor as standalone and embeddable component (#421730) · Issues · GitLab.org / GitLab · GitLab.
Would be great to hear opinions from others.
